Frameworks

NHS Trusts / Health Boards and private healthcare organisations can choose to procure our services via both Health Trust Europe (HTE), National Services Scotland and G-Cloud frameworks.

We can be found on Lots 1-3 of HTE, Total Workforce Solutions, NP500-22 and the CCS, G-Cloud 13 depending on your preference.

Our service offering to you remains exactly the same, regardless of your desired framework choice. Simply, our place on both of the below frameworks means that you can enjoy the peace of mind that we adhere to the compliance criteria set out by each.

G-Cloud 13 helps customers in the UK public sector find and buy cloud computing services. +Us have successfully been awarded onto previous G-Cloud frameworks prior to G-Cloud 13.

This agreement will run for 12 months from 9 November 2022. CCS may extend the agreement up to a maximum of 12 months after this date.

G-Cloud Framework

The National Services Scotland NP500-22 framework allows Scottish health boards to find Neutral Vendor providers for the supply of Temporary Agency Medical Locum Doctors. +Us has been awarded a place on this framework for another year and is excited to continue providing support to Scottish Health Boards.

+Us are an awarded supplier onto the Total Workforce Solutions II Framework, which includes Lot 2a (Fully Managed Service: Bank and Agency) and Lot 2b (Bank and Agency Demand Solutions (including Direct Engagement).

Under 2a, we are able to provide services for optimising the deployment of flexible workers.

The service will support the end user in accessing services designed to implement, develop and enhance the provision of a tailored managed or collaborative bank service so as to generate a range of process efficiencies for the contacting authority.

In addition to the above, the supplier will be expected to deliver a software system that enables the recording, managing and processing of flexible workers, to deliver an auditable service to the contracting authority, whilst additionally providing a suitable vacancy release solution.

Under 2b, we are able to deliver a software solution that is capable of identifying, managing and optimising a list of bank and agency workers who are able to fill a temporary or substantive shift. Where bank shifts remain unfilled, the solution will provide a vacancy release booking management system capable of releasing any unfilled bank shifts to the agency market through an agreed set of protocols as agreed with the contracting authority.

The software solution will provide a customisable reporting dashboard for key performance data and a portal capable of allowing workers to login and manage their own account.

In addition, we can provide a range of supporting analytical, financial and safeguarding services to the contracting authority to identify efficiencies and enable the procurement of agency staffing and spend reduction opportunities. Designed to support the contracting authority in directly engaging with their temporary workers through employment agencies, the supplier will assist in the legitimate recovery of VAT for all eligible temporary workers who are compliant with IR35 requirements.

The difference between HTE & G-Cloud

The Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud framework is the digital marketplace set up by government. Its purpose is to simplify the procurement process for the public sector.

Health Trust Europe is a private framework similar to G-Cloud. Likewise, capped rates are defined and adherence criteria has been set.

  • Adherence to framework criteria

  • Supporting the NHS

  • Same service provision regardless of framework choice
