How can Plus Us help you?

Are you tired of managing your temporary staffing agencies and dealing with the headaches of payroll, compliance, and reporting? If so, Plus Us is here to help. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients, and we offer a wide range of services to help you manage your temporary workforce more effectively. Here are a few ways that we can help your organisation:

Neutral Vendor:

A Neutral Vendor is a service that can help organisations manage their temporary staffing needs by providing access to a vetted network of staffing agencies. Finding reliable, compliant staffing agencies that offer good value for money can be a challenge for organisations, but with a Neutral Vendor service, the process is simplified.

Our Neutral Vendor service is a unique solution that provides a platform for various staffing agencies to compete for a client’s business. This means that instead of relying on one supplier to find temporary workers, clients have access to a network of vetted staffing agencies, giving them more options and flexibility.

As a Neutral Vendor, we act as a single point of contact and impartial facilitator between the various staffing agencies and the client organisation. Our role is to provide clients with a pool of pre-vetted staffing agencies that they can choose from based on factors such as cost, quality of service, experience and compliance.

Unlike traditional staffing agencies, a Neutral Vendor does not have an exclusive agreement with any agency, meaning clients have the freedom to choose the agency that best suits their needs. This provides clients with a more transparent and flexible approach to temporary staffing, enabling them to select the best agency available for each assignment.

Our Neutral Vendor service enables clients to benefit from a more competitive marketplace, where various agencies are competing to offer the best value for money and quality of service. This can result in cost savings and improved staffing quality for the client organisation.

Overall, our Neutral Vendor service provides clients with a unique and flexible approach to temporary staffing, allowing them to access a network of vetted staffing agencies, select the agency that best suits their needs and achieve cost savings and improved staffing quality. We’re here to help clients find the best talent for their organisation, and we do so by facilitating an impartial and competitive marketplace.

WorkforceManager (WFM):

Our WFM platform is a powerful solution that allows clients to manage and engage with all of their temporary staffing agencies from a single, efficient platform. With our platform, they have full control over their agency spend and usage, enabling them to optimize their temporary staffing operations.

One of the key benefits of our platform is its interoperability with third-party workforce and HR systems. Our platform also provides clients with full visibility over their temporary workforce. It allows them to see everything in one place, which makes it easier to manage their workforce and make informed decisions. They can easily access real-time data on things like employee schedules, hours worked, pay rates, and more. This information is presented in an easy-to-understand format, so they can quickly identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.

In addition to its powerful reporting and analytics capabilities, our platform also provides tools for managing the entire temporary staffing process. They can manage the entire lifecycle of their temporary staff, from onboarding and scheduling to time and attendance management and performance tracking.

Another key benefit of our WFM platform is that it provides a seamless and consistent experience for both the client organisation and temporary workers. This means that everyone is on the same page, which reduces confusion and improves communication.

WFM is also API-enabled end-to-end (fully interoperable), meaning it can interface with other API-enabled platforms such as ESR or another supplier’s rosters and/or bank systems. Every module of WFM is built in the latest .Net technology, allowing it to easily connect to other systems.

Overall, our WFM platform is an essential tool for managing a temporary workforce. It enables clients to streamline their operations, reduce costs, and make informed decisions. With its powerful reporting and analytics capabilities, they can easily identify areas for improvement and optimise your temporary staffing operations.

This allows our clients to focus on other areas of their business, such as growth and development, while we take care of their temporary staffing needs.

To ensure that clients are fully informed about their temporary staffing operations, we provide bespoke reports that highlight savings, spend and payroll compliance. Fully Managed Service:

At Plus Us we fine-tune the Neutral Vend Managed Service we deliver to our clients, ensuring we develop a service that is bespoke to meet their individual needs and complexities.

When our clients procure our service of a ‘Neutral Vendor’ only service, typically it does not fall within our responsibility to monitor the quality and suitability of candidates, and we do not decide who is or is not right for the role; this responsibility would be down to the hiring manager and/or hiring department of our client. However, when procuring a Fully Managed Service option from us – which includes on-site resource, compliance checking and screening candidates, and payrolling temporary agency workers – this service would typically include a variety of specific and complex compliance and screening checks, that often go beyond standard compliance.

Specific compliance requirements can vary between each client and would be agreed during implementation depending on their requirements and circumstances; however, standard compliance checks do also form part of the standard Managed Service we deliver to our clients.

As part of our service, we would supply a dedicated ‘Service Delivery Partner’ to the client who will run the managed service and will be responsible for worker compliance. The Service Delivery Partner will embed themselves within client departments and they will be responsible for maintaining relationships between the client, the departments, the agencies, and the workers, acting as a seamless extension to their HR and resourcing teams. The Service Delivery Partner will monitor standard worker compliance to ensure that all workers submitted to hiring managers, and/or workers that are booked for a shift, are fully compliant and have had all the relevant checks completed prior to starting work on their first day.

We personalise our service for each of our clients, making it bespoke for their individual needs, offering a complete wraparound Managed Service. The on-site Service Delivery Partner is complemented and supported by the following teams:

  • Agency Engagement team – Our Agency Engagement Team will effectively grow and manage the entire agency supply chain, holding senior-level relationships with our agency partners, and regularly meeting with supplying managers on-site. Their role involves visiting existing agencies within the supply chain, and those newly appointed to approved frameworks, to improve supply performance by influencing, challenging, incentivising, and holding agencies to account.
  • Partnership Management team – A client would also be assigned a Regional Partnership Manager (RPM) who will oversee the contractual relationship with the Trust.
  • Payroll Services team – Plus Us has a team of in-house payroll and pensions specialists, who support our clients with the payment of temporary agency workers.
  • Back-Office Shared Services team – To support our wraparound service, we also have a shared-services team that consists of our IT support, HR, customer services, workforce services and client relations teams.

In summary, our Managed Service provision will enable our team to ultimately become your single point of contact for the supply and management of temporary agency staff and the supply chain in your organisation. This will allow for greater visibility and control over your agency usage and temporary staffing spend in one single solution.
